Working Principle of Promate Mist Mistio Water Mist Filter
- The mist nozzles of the Mistio system continuously produce a fine mist of steam during the cooking process.
The high-efficiency filtration system converts the oil from gaseous to condensed oil particles in a mist of cold water. - The condensed particles in the incoming exhaust settle into the drain pan in the first two stages, and the exhaust air separated from its aerosols is thrown out in the last stage.
- Mistio also has high-efficiency cyclone and sod filters, and with its final stage moisture separator filter, it removes water mist in the air before it enters the exhaust air duct.
- Waste water is collected from internal channels and discharged through the drainage system.
